Vision
The Chicagoland Alliance for Disabled Owned Businesses (CADOB) vision is to create a sound, reputable organization to represent disabled and service-disabled veteran owned businesses in both the private and public sectors.
Mission Statement
The Alliance's mission is to promote advancements for disabled and service-disabled veteran owned businesses through outreach, networking and lobbying to procure business contracts with private and public companies, local, state and federal government agencies.
What We Do

Promote the business interests of enterprises owned and operated by people with disabilities and veterans with disabilities

Provide guidance for special business certifications and assist businesses in identifying public and private contract opportunities

Provide an easily attainable list of disabled and veteran with disability-owned businesses, as well as their industries, products or services

Provide procurement technical assistance, help disability-owned businesses seeking to compete successfully in federal, state and local government contracting

Provide alliance members with BTB networking, purchasing and mentoring opportunities

Coordinate with Chicagoland businesses to increase supply-chain diversity to better utilize goods and services from disabled-owned and veteran with disability owned businesses.

Consult on business development services, including establishing new disabled owned and veteran with disability owned businesses.

Advocate for disabled-owned businesses interests at all levels of government. Including but not limited to the following key public policy issues:

Testifying at public meetings and hearings.

Monitoring and reviewing proposed legislation and regulations.

Serving on committees and task forces.
